What a fantastic start of the year for my clients Kat and Joe for buying this stunning Trinity Bellwoods condo! Given the market conditions and record low inventory of listings, we have been scouring the market for over 4 months. There was absolutely nothing available that would suit my clients’ search criteria for a home.

Months went by and January rolled in with even tighter inventory than ever before. I was not expecting anything of interest to come out until at least March, when my clients called me about this Trinity Bellwoods condo. They were extremely interested and we booked a showing to check out the place.

Kat and Joe have decided to put an offer, but as is the case with 99% or more listings on the market right now, the asking price was just a placeholder and was deliberately lowered in order to attract multiple bids.
