I am blessed to be able to say that I have a very rewarding job at playing a role in helping people acquire real estate. But, when the same clients come back and choose to work with me the second time, I am lost for words. I AM SO GRATEFUL AND HAPPY TO HELP!

This is a part 2 of the post I made a couple of months ago. We have sold my client’s condo that I helped him buy a couple of years ago. He was able to take the profit and reinvest it into this brand new townhouse to get more space and be closer to his parents.

We did get into a bidding war, but still managed to negotiate a few thousand dollars off the purchase price, which most of my colleagues will tell you is impossible.

Here is to many more years of prosperity and happiness in the new place for my client!
