Majority of my clients are a pleasure to work with, but it happens I get inspired by their stories and by working with them. This was one of those deals.

I received a call from my client who had decided to sell her Yorkville condo and buy something more renovated and with a bigger pool. We had a chat and set off on finding her the perfect place.

We quickly found a condo that was perfect for her, in terms of layout, but it was not renovated to my clients liking. We came back a couple of times to look at it and tried to figure what renovations the place would require to be up to my client’s expectations, but I could sense that she wasn’t 100% sure about. Until suddenly a unit with an exact same square layout and on a higher floor (better view) came on the market. This one was well renovated and I knew my client would go for it. We quickly submitted the paperwork and bought her the unit.

The reason I felt (and still feel) inspired by working with this client is that she is turning 81 this year. She is extremely sharp and has a ton of hobbies. It seems that real estate is one of them, and I only wish that at that age I will still be doing deals just like her 🙂
